The hotel has 230 guest bedrooms. All rooms include comfortable beds, a work desk, flat-screen television, ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities and en-suite bathrooms. Guest rooms start at 16m² (172 sq ft) and go up to 25m² (269 sq ft) for the larger family deluxe rooms.

The bar and restaurant is a quiet retreat from the busy airport terminal, just a short walk away.

The hotel also has a fitness centre. There are also business facilities including meeting rooms and conference facilities.

Parking is available for £15 per day, although the hotel also has ‘park and fly’ specials that include a one-night stay with eight or 15 days parking.

This is one of the better hotels near Manchester Airport, although it is also one of the more expensive.

The DoubleTree by Hilton is a five-minute walk to terminal one, a 10-minute walk to terminal two and a 10-minute walk to terminal three. There is a complimentary shuttle bus to all three airport terminals, although it is hardly necessary as it is no more than a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the terminal. The airport railway station is only a four-minute walk from the hotel.
