Kenilworth

Located around midway between Warwick and Coventry, Kenilworth is best known for the impressive ruins of the Kenilworth Castle.

Modern-day Kenilworth is a town of over 20,000 people with many of those commuting to Birmingham, Coventry and Leamington Spa.

The town’s close proximity to other towns and cities in the region means that many people stay in Kenilworth and use the town as a base, making day trips to Birmingham, Coventry, Rugby, Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon.

Coming and going

Kenilworth’s location only seven minutes by rail from both Coventry and Leamington Spa makes it a particularly well-connected town with many residents commuting in either direction.

The town is also well connected by bus with the X17 bus stopping in Kenilworth en route between Coventry and Warwick via Leamington Spa. Bus 16 also connects Kenilworth with Warwick.
