Orders processed by us

In addition to referring you to third parties where you can book accommodation, sightseeing and transport, we also sell O2 UK sim cards. Sim card sales are processed and despatched by ourselves rather than a third-party company.

When you buy a sim card from us, we will ask for your name and delivery address which is used for processing your order. Your address details will be printed on your address label and will be seen by the post office in whichever country your order is being delivered (having your address printed on the address label on your envelope is necessary for your order to be delivered). Your payment will be processed by either PayPal or Stripe and will be subject to the privacy policies of these two companies.

The sim cards we sell uses a service provided by O2 (part of the Telefonica Group). There is no requirement to provide any personal details to activate and use this service unless you choose to register an account online to manage your service (which is entirely optional). If you do choose to register an account online, this will be subject to O2’s privacy policy.

If for any reason you wish to have your data removed from our system, please let us know and we will delete your details.
