The hotel features 155 guest rooms spread over eight floors, including several rooms designed for wheelchair accessibility. All rooms are air conditioned with facilities such as a work desk, flatscreen TV, tea-and-coffee-making facilities, ironing facilities and en suite bathrooms with Crabtree and Evelyn amenities. The rooms are clean and well maintained, with contemporary decor that provides a comfortable environment for guests.

Dō deli, the hotel’s on-site restaurant and bar, serves light meals in a casual environment with a focus on artisan baked goods.

Guests also have access to the hotel’s fitness centre.

The hotel is located south of the city centre next to Sheffield United’s Bramall Lane Stadium so it’s a handy place to stay if you want to go to see the football. The location next to the stadium means that prices go up considerably if there’s a football match on but it also makes it a particularly good value place to stay when there is nothing scheduled at the stadium.

With the stadium on one side of the road and a massive hardware store on the other side, it’s hardly the most charming neighbourhood. However, you don’t need to walk too far for the area to improve and you can walk to the southern edge of the city centre in only 10 minutes.

Most points of interest in the city centre are between a 10- and a 30-minute walk from the hotel and it’s around a 20-minute walk to the main cluster of attractions near the Peace Gardens, which include Graves Art Gallery, Millennium Gallery and the Winter Garden.
