Jarrow Hall, or its full name Jarrow Hall – Anglo-Saxon Farm, Village and Bede Museum, is a museum focused on the life of the Venerable Bede a prominent monk and scholar who lived in Anglo-Saxon times.
For the most part, it is an open-air museum that depicts life in Anglo-Saxon Northumbria. It includes a recreated 7th-century village and farm and a museum with artefacts from the late 7th and early 8th centuries.
The museum was formerly known as Bede’s World.
