It’s a tranquil setting, with not a lot to do in the immediate neighbourhood, although there are a few pubs a short walk from the hotel.

The suburban location and free parking mean that this hotel is best suited if you’re driving. However, there are several bus routes that stop nearby (it’s a five-minute walk to the bus stop where you can catch the 218 Peakline bus into the city centre) and you can walk into the city centre in a little over half an hour.
