Native Fulham

It is a small apartment hotel with 23 self-contained apartments that range from entry-level studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments. All the apartments feature a comfortable bed, a sofa, a flatscreen television, a work desk, a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, an oven and cooking hob, a microwave and dishwasher plus ironing facilities and an en suite bathroom. They also include a washing machine and dryer, which makes Native Fulham an ideal place to stay if you’ve been on the road long enough to have accumulated a load of dirty laundry.

The building does not have a lift and this may be a problem if you have mobility issues.

Free Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available throughout the complex.

Native Fulham is located above Kings Court Galleries (a picture framing shop and art gallery that specialises in antique maps) on Fulham Road. It is a lovely residential neighbourhood in west London and the local shopping areas on Fulham Road and Fulham High Street have a nice selection of places to shop, eat and drink.

Fulham Palace is only a six-minute walk from here but you’ll need to take a bus or tube to get to other attractions in London.

It is a seven-minute walk to Putney Bridge tube station (in zone two on the District line). From here there are regular trains into central London and with a 14-minute journey to South Kensington, a 22-minute journey time to Westminster and 24 minutes to Embankment.

There is a bus stop right outside the hotel where you can catch bus route 14, which goes to Russell Square (near the British Museum) with stops en route at South Kensington, Knightsbridge and Piccadilly Circus. While this is a slower way to get around London, you don’t need to walk to the tube station and you can see the sights from the top deck on the way into central London.
