Rooms at the Premier Inn Blackpool Airport are a mix of double, twin and family rooms. Rooms feature a king-size Hypnos bed and a comfortable chair, a writing desk, a flat-screen television, tea-and-coffee-making facilities and an en suite bathroom. Some wheelchair-accessible rooms are also available.

All rooms have free Wi-Fi wireless internet access (up to 1GB per day).

The hotel also features the Air Balloon, a Hungry Horse pub/restaurant. This is unusual for a Premier Inn, which would normally have a Beefeater, Brewers Fayre or Table Table restaurant as these brands are all operated by Whitbread, the same company that owns Premier Inn. The hotel restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner.

Like other hotels in the Premier Inn chain, this hotel is clean and well maintained offering a great value accommodation option but it is somewhat lacking in character.

The hotel is next to Blackpool Airport, which no longer handles commercial flights. It is only a four-minute walk to the Spitfire Visitor Centre, although there is not a lot else of interest in the immediate vicinity around the hotel. However, it’s easy to get into the centre of Blackpool with local buses stopping nearby and it is an eight-minute walk from Squires Gate railway station and a 14-minute walk from the Starr Gate tram terminus.
