Sir Christopher Wren Hotel and Spa

The Sir Christopher Wren Hotel and Spa has lovely views of the River Thames and it is just a short walk to most points of interest in Windsor and Eton.

The main areas of the hotel have a charming historic feel to them in keeping with its regal setting. However, the hotel’s newer annexe, the Windsor wing, has 30 rooms with a more modern feel than the rest of the hotel.

The hotel has 133 hotel rooms, which all feature comfortable beds, work desks, flat-screen televisions, ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities and en suite bathrooms with Gilchrist & Soames toiletries. The more expensive rooms feature Nespresso machines and river views.

This hotel does not have any wheelchair-accessible rooms.

The Brasserie restaurant has a lovely sun-filled terrace that is popular in summer and the restaurant is a nice place for breakfast or dinner.

Wrens Club is the hotel’s fitness centre, which includes a spa and sauna. It is the only hotel in the centre of Windsor with a gym.

The Sir Christopher Wren Hotel and Spa has a nice riverside location within walking distance to most attractions in both Windsor and Eton. It is a five-minute walk to Windsor Castle, 10 minutes to Eton College and most of the shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in Windsor and Eton are within a 10-minute walk. It is only a two-minute walk to Windsor and Eton Riverside railway station and a six-minute walk to Windsor and Eton Central railway station.
