Unlike many other hotels of a similar standard, there are several single rooms that are a more affordable option if you’re travelling on your own.

Country house hotels can sometimes be a bit hit or miss. They are usually well endowed when it comes to charm but the standard of accommodation sometimes falls short. In this instance, the rooms are modern and well maintained making this a comfortable accommodation option.

There are several places to eat and drink within the hotel complex. These include the Lawns Restaurant as well as a cafe and two bars. The menu is international with a bit of everything and it includes some light tapas-style options. The food here gets good reviews from other guests and while the menu is relatively concise, the variety on the menu means that you should be able to find something you like. However, the lack of focus on a specific cuisine means that there is some room for improvement.

The hotel complex also includes a fitness centre with a sauna and spa pool.

It is a popular conference venue that is busy with business travellers during the week and becomes more popular with leisure travellers on weekends.

Its location on the edge of town along with ample free parking means that it is best suited if you’re driving. However, it is easy to get to by public transport with bus routes 11, U1, X17, X18 and X77 stopping a two-minute walk away. It is only a six-minute drive into the centre of Leamington Spa or 15 minutes by bus with services running every 15 minutes or so.
