Free Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.
It is not a fancy hotel and the standard of accommodation is similar to what you would expect at a Travelodge. It gets mixed reviews, although most people who are visiting to see the caves and the other attractions at Wookey Hole say that it’s a great hotel.
The hotel is part of the Wookey Hole tourist complex so it is ideally situated if you’re here to visit the caves at Wookey Hole; however, there is not much else of interest in the immediate vicinity and you will most likely need to go into the centre of Wells for restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops.Because it isn’t in the centre of town, and local bus services between Wookey Hole and Wells aren’t particularly frequent, it is best suited if you’re driving. Free car parking is available.
