This hotel is located on a residential street north of the city centre. Although it is a pleasant neighbourhood, there is not much in the immediate vicinity and the closest pub is around a 10-minute walk away.

It is a half-hour walk into the city centre or a six-minute bus ride (Oxford Bus Company’s route 500 Park and Ride and Stagecoach routes 7 or S5 Gold) with buses running every eight minutes. It is only a six-minute walk to the Cherwell Boathouse where you can punt on the River Cherwell, a 20-minute walk from the Oxford University Museum of Natural History and the Pitt Rivers Museum and a 23-minute walk to the Ashmolean Museum.
