Coventry Transport Museum is an excellent museum dedicated to road transport and it is home to the world’s largest collection of British road transport.

The museum has 14 galleries, 12 of which have recently been redeveloped, showcasing the history and development of road transport with more than 240 cars, 100 motorcycles and 200 bicycles on display, many of which were built in Coventry.

In its heyday, Coventry had over 500 car, cycle and motorcycle manufacturers so it stands to reason that Coventry’s Transport Museum is among the world’s best.
