The Hampton by Hilton Oxford is a modern three-star hotel with a high standard of accommodation but its location 6.5km (4 miles) south of the city centre is inconvenient and it suffers from poor public transport into central Oxford.

Although Oxford has several other hotels on the edge of town, most of these have excellent public transport connections but with this hotel, you have to walk 10 minutes to the Oxford Science Park for the nearest bus stop (Oxford Bus Company’s route 3A) to catch a bus into the city centre.
