The hotel has 100 rooms set over four levels, all of which are tastefully decorated and equipped with modern amenities. All guest rooms are air conditioned with a work desk, a flatscreen television, ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities and en suite bathroom facilities.

An Express Start breakfast, which includes both continental options and a hot buffet, is included in your room rate.

There is free wired internet access in all rooms, but Wi-Fi wireless internet access is only free for IHG One Rewards members. It is free to join the IHG loyalty programme and free Wi-Fi is available to all members, even those on the entry-level tier.

The hotel has an uninspiring location next to the M20 motorway and it is close to the Eurotunnel terminal if you’re taking a car to from continental Europe. Apart from a nearby Tesco supermarket, there is not a lot of interest in the immediate vicinity around the hotel.

Bus route 71 runs regularly between the Tesco supermarket (a five-minute walk from the hotel) into the town centre; however, the location (and the ample free parking) means that it is best suited if you’re driving.
