The hotel has 99 guest rooms, which all have comfortable beds, a work desk, ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities and en suite bathrooms.

Although the hotel is in a building dating from the 1960s (it was originally a Trust House motel) it has recently been renovated and it is in very good condition offering a high standard of accommodation.

The hotel has a bar and lounge on the ground floor that is open all day. A range of meals is available both in the lounge and in the hotel’s Trader Restaurant and room service is available 24 hours a day.

All guests have access to the hotel’s You Fit Health Club, which includes a gym, a sauna and a heated indoor swimming pool. Spa treatments are also available.

The Holiday Inn is located on Marlborough Road, a dual-carriageway with easy access to the A419 and the M4 motorway and there is a BP petrol station with a branch of M&S Simply Food next door. The Richard Jefferies Museum and a local pub, the Sun Inn, are right across the road and it is close to Coate Water Park, which is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

The town centre is around a 10-minute drive away or around 15 minutes by bus. Buses into town are frequent with more than 15 different bus routes stopping at the closest bus stop on Marlborough Road. It is also possible to walk into the town centre in under an hour.
