Hyatt House Manchester

Manchester’s Hyatt House is the UK’s first Hyatt House hotel and it is in a building shared with a Hyatt Regency hotel. It is comprised of 116 self-contained studio and one-bedroom apartments, which all have comfortable beds, a work desk, a large flatscreen television, ironing facilities, a kitchen that includes a fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven and tea and coffee making facilities plus en suite bathroom facilities. Some of the apartments are designed for guests with disabilities.

The apartments are relatively spacious with separate living and sleeping areas and kitchen facilities that allow you to make yourself feel at home and this means that the Hyatt House Manchester is an ideal hotel for longer stays and also for families who need a little more space.

Although the apartments don’t have their own laundry facilities, there is a laundry room in the hotel with washing machines and dryers.

The hotel’s dining facilities include The Laureate restaurant which has an international menu and The Graduate Bar which serves beer, wine and cocktails along with a casual menu of burgers and pizzas.

Guests have access to a 24-hour fitness centre as well as the facilities of the adjoining Hyatt Regency hotel.

Free Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.

It is close to the University of Manchester and it is only a four-minute walk to the Manchester Museum and less than 15 minutes to The Whitworth and most areas of the city centre are within a 15–20-minute walk from the hotel. The closest railway station is Oxford Road (a 10-minute walk from the hotel) and Manchester Piccadilly railway station is less than a 20-minute walk away. Although it is not as centrally-located as most other Manchester hotels, many guests love the location, particularly as it is a quieter neighbourhood than where you find most of Manchester’s other hotels.
