Hyatt Place London Heathrow

It is one of the better Bath Road hotels with great bus connections to the airport but there is nothing in the immediate neighbourhood and the closest other hotel is a good 10-minute walk away.

Rooms are spacious – between 24m² (258sq ft) and 28m² (301 sq ft) – with either twin or king-size beds and many of them have runway views. All rooms are air-conditioned and have comfortable beds, an alarm clock, a work desk, a flat-screen television, ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge and en suite bathrooms.

Hotel bars and restaurants include the Gallery Cafe where you can enjoy breakfast, the 24/7 Gallery Market, which sells pre-prepared snacks and sandwiches and the Coffee to Cocktails Bar, which is also open 24 hours.

Guests have access to the hotel’s fully-equipped fitness centre.

The Hyatt Place is one of many airport hotels on Bath Road north of Heathrow Airport. Bus routes 7 and U3 go to Terminals 2 and 3 and buses 7 and 423 go to Terminal 5. The closest bus stop is on Bath Road right outside the hotel entrance and buses to the airport are frequent enough that you shouldn’t have to wait longer than a few minutes for a bus.

You can also take the Hotel Hoppa bus to the airport terminal but this is much more expensive at £5.50 (£6 if you buy your ticket on board the bus) for a one-way trip and these buses run less frequently than the regular local buses.

There is not a lot of interest in the immediate neighbourhood, which consists mostly of airport-related businesses and other hotels and it is around a 10-minute walk in either direction to the nearest neighbouring hotel.
