The ibis Bridgwater hotel is a modern hotel that offers a high standard of accommodation but its location 3.5km (2¼ miles) north of the town centre means that it is best located if you’re driving.
It is a relatively large hotel with 144 guest rooms set over five levels. All rooms have comfortable Sweet Beds, a work desk, a flat-screen television, tea and coffee making facilities and en suite bathrooms. Eight of the rooms are adapted for guests with disabilities.
The rooms are relatively compact at 17m² (183 sq ft), although the wheelchair accessible rooms and family rooms are larger at 20m² (215 sq ft) and 34m² (366 sq ft) respectively.
Like other ibis hotels, this hotel is generally more design-focused than many hotels in the same price range.
Keepers Kitchen & Bar is the hotel’s restaurant. It features a nice lounge bar and a restaurant that serves traditional British and European cuisine.
Free Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.
The ibis hotel is in a business park on the northern outskirts of Bridgwater close to junction 23 of the M5 motorway and there is virtually nothing of interest in the immediate vicinity around the hotel. The centre of Bridgwater is an eight-minute drive from here (or a 45-minute walk) and the hotel’s location means that it is best suited if you’re driving.
Ample on-site car parking is available.
