It is a modern 141-bed hotel that is more design-focused than many other hotels in the same category.

Rooms all have comfortable Sweet Beds, a work desk, a flat-screen television, tea and coffee making facilities and en suite bathrooms. Rooms at this hotel are relatively small at 18m² (194 sq ft), although family rooms are much larger.

From here it is around a 15-minute walk into the city centre, although the main waterfront tourist attractions are around a 20–25-minute walk from the hotel.
