This hotel was formerly a Travelodge hotel so the rooms are a little larger than a purpose-built ibis budget hotel and the decor looks a little different to the standard design that you would normally find in an ibis budget.

Rooms at the ibis budget London Bromley Centre are a mix of double and family rooms. All rooms include comfortable king-size beds, a television, a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Bromley, right across the road from The Glades shopping centre and only a six-minute walk from Bromley South railway station and a 10-minute walk from Bromley North station. It is as little as an 18-minute journey from Bromley South to London Victoria with six trains per hour, making this a good budget alternative to staying in central London.

Ibis budget is the cheapest and most basic of the three tiers of the ibis brand and some ibis budget hotels were previously branded as Hotel Formule 1 or Etap hotels. Most hotels in the ibis budget chain follow a cookie-cutter approach with identical rooms within the hotel and from one hotel to another, although this hotel is a little different as it was formerly a Travelodge. It’s a budget hotel that does exactly what it says on the tin. There’s nothing fancy about ibis budget, but it delivers on its budget promise with rooms that are simple, clean and cheap.
