The Museum of Brands, formerly the Museum of Brands, Packaging and Advertising, in Notting Hill has a collection of over 12,000 artefacts that include everyday products that show the evolution of consumer culture from Victorian times to the present day.

The Museum of Brands’ collection is set out in chronological order to showcase how brands, packaging and advertising have evolved since Victorian times. This shows not only how tastes, technology and consumer protection have changed but also how people today have become more sophisticated consumers.
It is a museum that will bring back a lot of memories for older visitors, particularly those who have grown up with British brands.
Visiting the Museum of Brands
The Museum of Brands is located near Portobello Road in Notting Hill. It is just a two-minute walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station.
The museum has a nice cafe with outdoor seating in the garden area.The museum is fully wheelchair accessible.
Photography is not allowed inside the museum.
Admission is free for visitors with a valid London Pass and National Trust members are eligible for a 50% discount off the admission price.
It is a relatively small museum and you should be able to see everything of interest in 1–2 hours.
