The Novotel London Heathrow Airport T1 T2 and T3 hotel is a modern four-star airport hotel on Bath Road north of London Heathrow Airport. As you would expect from a four-star hotel that is only a few years old, it is clean and well-maintained and the standard of accommodation is very high.
The hotel has 166 guest rooms, which all have comfortable beds, a work desk, a flat-screen television, a small fridge, ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities and en suite bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The hotel’s public areas include a stylish atrium area with semi-private sky pods, which are a perfect spot for a small meeting, as well as the Nest restaurant, which has an international menu in a bright modern setting. The Runway Bar is the in-house bar, which is a great spot to relax with a pre- or post-flight drink.
The hotel also has conference facilities that can accommodate up to 250 delegates as well as several smaller meeting rooms. There is also a fitness centre and a steam room.
The hotel was opened in 2018 after ALL-Accor Live Limitless renovated the former British Airports Authority building. ALL-Accor Live Limitless named it the Novotel London Heathrow Airport T1 T2 and T3 hotel even though terminal one closed two years before the hotel opened. It is the closest of Heathrow’s two Novotel hotels to Terminals 2 and 3, although you cannot get to these terminals without hopping on a bus. Novotel’s other Heathrow Airport hotel is located near the M4 motorway and is not featured on this site as that hotel is not adequately served by public transport.
The hotel is one of many airport hotels on Bath Road north of Heathrow Airport. It is located inside the Heathrow Free Travel Zone, and buses inside this zone (including buses between the hotel and the airport) are free of charge. It is one of the better located of the Bath Road hotels as there is a bus stop right outside the hotel (although you have to cross the road to catch a bus to the airport). Buses to the airport are frequent enough that you shouldn’t have to wait longer than a few minutes.
You can also take the Hotel Hoppa bus to the airport terminal but these cost £5.50 (£6 if you buy your ticket on board the bus) for a one-way trip and these buses run less frequently than the regular free buses. However, the Hotel Hoppa may be a better option if you are travelling with a lot of luggage.
There is not a lot of interest in the immediate neighbourhood, which consists mostly of office blocks and other hotels. However, there is a McDonald’s next door and a petrol station and a couple of convenience stores are a few minutes’ walk away.
