Peartree Serviced Apartments

It is an apartment hotel so your rooms are more spacious than an average hotel room and each apartment is self-contained so you can make yourself at home and prepare your own meals in your kitchen.

The complex has only 12 apartments, which all have large king-size beds, a sofa, a flatscreen television, somewhere to work (either a work desk, kitchen table or breakfast bar), a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, cooking utensils and tea and coffee making facilities as well as en suite bathrooms.

The smallest is the 25m² (269 sq ft) studio apartment and the largest is the 55m² (592 sq ft) two-bedroom apartment that can sleep up to five people.

There is a laundry room on the ground floor with washing machines and dryers that you can use for free.

Free Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available throughout the complex.

It is located right across the road from Salisbury railway station, making it the ideal place to stay if you’re travelling by rail. There is also free off-street parking, which makes it equally ideal if you’re driving.
