It is around a five-minute walk from a bus stop on Leeds Road, which has buses every 30 minutes going to both Leeds and Wakefield city centre. It is also possible to walk into the centre of Wakefield in under half an hour.

The hotel has plenty of free parking and its location away from the city centre means that it is best suited if you’re driving.

Premier Inn is the largest hotel chain in the United Kingdom and it usually scores very high on customer surveys when compared to other UK hotel chains. It operates at the budget end of the market and provides a reasonably high standard of accommodation for the price, and is comparable to ibis and Travelodge hotels.
