All rooms have comfortable beds, a work desk, a flat-screen television, ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities (including a Nespresso coffee machine) and en suite bathrooms with REN toiletries. Rooms are spacious, ranging from 27m² (290 sq ft) to 44m² (473 sq ft) and suites range from 56m² (603 sq ft) to 88m² (947 sq ft). Some of the rooms are wheelchair accessible.
Despite its riverfront location, the hotel’s design means that only a handful of the rooms have river views.

There is also a spa that offers massages and other spa treatments as well as a fully-equipped gym and a sauna and steam room.
Free Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.
The hotel is in the New Providence Wharf development in Blackwall in the northeastern corner of the Docklands. The immediate vicinity consists of a cluster of modern high-density residential developments and there are a few places to eat and drink nearby, although the neighbourhood is not particularly vibrant.
It is a seven-minute walk to East India DLR station, which has direct trains to London City Airport (an eight-minute journey with trains running every eight minutes) and Tower Gateway (a 12-minute journey with trains running every eight minutes).
