National Express coaches stop at the flash new Stoke-on-Trent City Centre Bus Station in Hanley (the city centre). This bus station also handles local and regional bus services in the Potteries area.
This bus station is sometimes also referred to as Hanley Bus Station.
It is generally more convenient to visit Stoke-on-Trent by bus or coach compared with the train as the bus station is much more centrally located than the railway station.

Mr Simons
pick up point
I need to pick up two people who are travelling by aircraft, from South Africa, and then by coach, to Hanley coach station. Looking on the internet, I cannot find where the pickup point is, or even if there is one. Deciding to telephone, I find that the only contact detail is, "Potteries Way"! Come on Stoke on Trent, get yourselves organised, Hanley is a shambles anyway, without you making it worse, what an example for visitors.
