Teesside International Airport (MME) – formerly Durham Tees Valley Airport – is a small regional airport located near Darlington, Middlesbrough and Stockton-on-Tees in the Tees Valley where County Durham and North Yorkshire meet. It provides air travel connections for passengers in the north east of England.

Destinations
Teesside International Airport offers a mix of scheduled and seasonal flights. Regularly scheduled flights include Eastern Airways’ service to Aberdeen, KLM’s service to Amsterdam and Ryanair flights to Alicante. Seasonal services include flights to Burgas, Corfu, Dalaman, Faro, Jersey, Málaga and Palma de Mallorca.
Visitor facilities
The airport has a selection of passenger facilities, though it is smaller than larger regional airports. Dining options include a café serving hot and cold food and a bar offering drinks and light snacks. A small duty-free shop sells travel essentials, gifts, and tax-free goods. The airport also has a business lounge with seating, refreshments and Wi-Fi wireless internet access.
There are also several car rental companies in the arrivals area.
Transport connections
Teesside International Airport is located around 10km (6 miles) from Darlington and 18km (11 miles) from Middlesbrough.
It is accessible by bus with Stagecoach route 6 stopping at the airport en route between Darlington and Stockton-on-Tees. However, this bus only runs once an hour.
