The Wycliffe Guest House

The Wycliffe’s guest rooms all have comfortable beds, a television and tea and coffee making facilities. Some of the rooms have en suite bathroom facilities but guests staying in other rooms have to use a shared bathroom.

The furnishings and interior decor remind some people of staying at their grandparents’ house and, while the same furnishings in other hotels would make the place feel tired and dated, the Wycliffe is clean and well maintained and the decor adds to the hotel’s charm.

Free Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.

The Wycliffe is on a residential street across the road from a large police station. From here most points of interest in the town centre are between a five and a 20-minute walk. Folkestone Central railway station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, it is around a 15-minute walk to the beach and a half-hour-walk to the end of Folkestone Harbour Arm.
