The 44 guest rooms all feature comfortable super king size beds, a 32″ flat screen television (a 40″ telly in the signature rooms), a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities and en suite bathroom facilities. Rooms range in size from 17m2 (183 sq ft) to 30m2 (323 sq ft).

The rooms have a contemporary decor yet still manage to retain many of the period features of the historic hotel. As you would expect, many of the rooms have lovely sea views.

The hotel’s Cliffe Lounge Bar & Kitchen serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner with a view. They also do a great Sunday roast.

The View Hotel has a lovely location on The Leas, which is traditionally one of the more sought after areas of Folkestone. From here, it is around a seven-minute walk to the beach and most areas of the town centre are between a five and a 20-minute walk from the hotel. It is a 15-minute-walk to Folkestone Central railway station and it is around a 25-minute-walk to the lighthouse at the end of the Folkestone Harbour Arm.
