W12 Rooms is a small hotel in Shepherds Bush that is quite good value considering its convenient location. It is not a bad place to stay and it is ideal for people who prefer not to stay in big corporate chain hotels.
It is a small hotel with only 19 guest rooms. All rooms have comfortable beds, a small writing desk, a flat-screen television, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and en suite bathrooms. The rooms are furnished in a traditional style that some people may consider a little dated but what the hotel calls ‘vintage-inspired’. The rooms are clean and well maintained, which is nicer than you would expect for this type of hotel.

Despite not being right in the heart of London, W12 Rooms has a very convenient location with lots of shopping options nearby including the W12 shopping centre across the road (which includes a multiplex cinema) and the Westfield London shopping centre (the largest shopping centre in the United Kingdom) is just a three-minute walk from the hotel.
It is located right next door to Shepherds Bush tube station (on the Central line) and just a two-minute walk from Shepherds Bush Overground station. Shepherds Bush Market tube station (on the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines) is a six-minute walk up Uxbridge Road. From here, it is only a 10-minute ride on the tube to get to Oxford Circus with trains running every two minutes.
It is also a handy location if you’re visiting London to attend an event at Kensington Olympia, which is just one stop away on the Overground (or a 15-minute walk).
