The 82-room hotel has several room sizes: the 10m² (108 sq ft) Solo Plus (for single travellers), 14m² (150 sq ft) Double Plus (for couples) and 21m² (226 sq ft) family rooms. Rooms have comfortable beds, a flat-screen television and nice en suite bathrooms although that is about it and the limited in-room amenities encourage guests to use the hotel’s public areas, which includes the Library Lounge, where you can grab a bite to eat, get some work done or simply relax away from the hustle and bustle of the airport terminal.

The hotel is operated by the Plaza Premium Group, whose main business is operating airport lounges and the hotel’s Library Lounge does have a business class lounge feel to it. The lounge has free newspapers, free Wi-Fi wireless internet access and screens showing upcoming departure information.

If you have a late arrival or early departure, or if you only need a short break to freshen up or rest between flights, it is possible to rent your room in hourly increments.

It is the only hotel to actually be located inside one of the terminals at Heathrow, which makes it the best-located hotel if you’re travelling through Terminals 3 and the second-best located hotel if you’re using Terminal 2.

It is located in the landside part of the Terminal 3 arrivals area. This is perfect if you’re travelling through Terminal 3 and Terminal 2 is only a short walk away. Of all the hotels that are close to Terminals 2 and 3, only this one and the Hilton Garden Inn at Terminal 2 are within walking distance of either terminal. The location inside the terminal means that you have easy access to places to eat and drink inside the terminal as well as excellent transport connections to other terminals at Heathrow Airport and into central London.
