Bridgwater railway station

From here there is one train per hour in each direction with northbound services running to Bristol Temple Meads and southbound services going to Taunton with some services continuing to Exeter, Paignton and Plymouth.

Rail services are operated GWR.

The station building is a Grade II* listed building, which was designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel (he designed many of the original stations built for the Great Western Railway). It is a relatively minor station so there are not a lot of facilities other than a ticket office and toilets.

The station is around a 10-minute walk to the east of the town centre.
