The 91 guest rooms all have comfortable beds, a work desk, a flatscreen television, tea and coffee making facilities, ironing facilities and an en suite bathroom. Executive rooms offer a little extra including bathrobes and a minibar/fridge. There are also some wheelchair-accessible rooms available.

The hotel has a large open-plan restaurant and bar area that has a menu of casual options including pizzas and some of the menu items are available 24 hours a day.

The hotel is located in an office park sandwiched between an industrial area and a large retail park. It is hardly the most vibrant area and even though the hotel is practically next door to the retail park, the layout of the local road network means that it is a five-minute walk away.

There is plenty of free car parking and easy road access to both Leamington Spa and Warwick and from here you can drive to either Leamington Spa or Warwick’s town centre in a little over five minutes.

Although the location may be handy if you’re driving, it isn’t so good if you’re travelling by public transport. From here it is a 20-minute walk to the railway station, although you can also catch bus routes 15, 69, 77, 77A and 78 from Shires Retail Park.

You can also walk into the centre of Leamington Spa in around half an hour and you can walk to Warwick town centre in around 40 minutes.
