Leamington Spa railway station is a major stop on the Chiltern Main Line and it has direct services to Birmingham, Coventry, London and Stratford-upon-Avon.
Services at this station are operated by Chiltern Railways, Cross Country and West Midland Trains. Most Birmingham and London services are run by Chiltern Railways with additional peak-hour Birmingham services operated by West Midland Trains. West Midland Trains also operate an hourly service to Nuneaton with stops in Kenilworth and Coventry. An hourly long-distance service is operated by CrossCountry with services stopping here en route between Reading and Manchester or Newcastle.
There are half-hourly services to Birmingham Moor Street and London Marylebone and hourly services to Birmingham New Street, Coventry, Nuneaton, Oxford and Reading and less frequent services to Manchester, Newcastle and Stratford-upon-Avon.
Although a station was first opened on this site in 1852, it was rebuilt in the 1930s in the Art Deco style that was popular at the time. The station has a ticket office and a Pumpkin cafe and there is step-free access to all platforms.

The station is located at the southern end of the town centre. It is around a seven-minute walk to the art gallery and museum inside the Royal Pump House.
