London Victoria railway station is a busy station between Belgravia and Pimlico and within walking distance to Buckingham Palace. This station has train services to Kent and Sussex and the most popular destinations from this station are Brighton and Gatwick Airport.
Four train companies operate from London Victoria railway station:
- Gatwick Express has express trains to Gatwick Airport
- Southeastern trains go to suburban destinations with some services continuing to Dover, Maidstone and Ramsgate in Kent.
- Southern has suburban trains plus services to Sussex and Hampshire including Brighton, Portsmouth and Southampton. Trains to Brighton stop en route at Gatwick Airport.

Prior to Eurostar running trains through the Channel Tunnel, Victoria station was a major gateway for international travellers as it connected with cross-channel ferry services at Dover and Folkstone. However, it remains one of the United Kingdom’s busiest railway stations and it is London’s second-busiest railway terminal.
