Milford Hall Hotel & Spa

The Milford Hall Hotel & Spa (also known as the Milford Hall Classic Hotel) is a medium-sized upscale hotel around a 10-minute walk north of Salisbury city centre. It is a nice place to stay that is a little bit fancier than most other options in Salisbury but other hotels are better located.

The hotel has 45 guest rooms. All rooms have comfortable beds, a work desk, a flatscreen television, ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities and en suite bathrooms.

The hotel is split between the original Georgian building and a modern annexe and although the rooms vary somewhat in style, they all have a relatively traditional decor that gives the hotel a lovely character.

Milano, the hotel’s Italian restaurant is a relatively high-end Italian restaurant with a mostly traditional menu. There is also a nice outdoor area that is a lovely spot to enjoy afternoon tea or cream tea during the warmer months.

For many guests, the hotel’s main attraction is the Lime Tree Spa, which has an outdoor hot tub, a thermal suite and spa treatments.

Free Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.

The hotel is located near the Castle Roundabout around a 10-minute walk north of the city centre. There is a large Waitrose supermarket around a four-minute walk along a lovely riverside footpath and most points of interest in the city centre are around a 10–15-minute walk from the hotel including Salisbury Cathedral and the Salisbury Museum, which are both a 15 minute walk away.

The National Express coach stop is a four-minute walk from the hotel and it takes around 15 minutes to walk to the railway station.

There is a car park on-site, which makes this hotel a good option if you’re driving.
