The Best Western Swan Hotel in Wells is a four-star hotel in a 600-year-old coaching inn. It is a historic hotel that claims to be the United Kingdom’s oldest continuously operating hotel.
The Swan Hotel has historically been one of Wells’ leading hotels and former guests have included George Bernard Shaw, Winston Churchill, King Henry VII and Queen Anne of Denmark.
