Travelodge Brighton Seafront

The Travelodge Brighton Seafront hotel is a brand new hotel with a great location just one block back from the seafront and with all the attractions of central Brighton are within walking. It offers a high standard of accommodation for a reasonable price and it boasts Travelodge’s new room design, making it a nicer place to stay than the average Travelodge.

Rooms at the Travelodge Brighton Seafront are a mix of double and family rooms. All rooms include comfortable king-size beds, a television, a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

This hotel has been recently renovated with Travelodge’s new room design, which means that this hotel offers a superior standard of accommodation when compared with most other Travelodge hotels.

In addition to standard rooms, this hotel also has SuperRooms, which are a bit like a premium economy room aimed at business travellers that don’t have the budget for a traditional business hotel. These rooms cost more and are bigger with a larger desk, more power points, a better shower and a Lavazza coffee pod machine. However, it’s not such a big upgrade, considering that the standard rooms have been upgraded to Travelodge’s new room design.

There are also some wheelchair-accessible rooms available.

The hotel has its own cafe/bar where you can enjoy breakfast or a drink later in the day. However, its central location means that there are plenty of other places to eat and drink nearby.

Unlike most other hotels, only your first 30 minutes of Wi-Fi wireless internet is free. If you need more internet you have to pay £3 for 24 hours.

Although this is a budget hotel, prices can fluctuate depending on demand and it can be more expensive staying here during peak periods. It is one of the better value hotels in the centre of Brighton.

The hotel is the heart of Brighton city centre. It is next door to a big multiplex cinema complex and just one block back from the seafront. It is less than a five-minute walk from The Lanes and the Brighton Fishing Museum and the British Airways i360, the Old Police Cells Museum, the Brighton Palace Pier, the SEA LIFE Centre, the Royal Pavilion, the Brighton Museum and Art Gallery and the Brighton Dome are all within a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

This hotel costs a little bit more than the other Brighton Travelodge but is nicer with a more central location.

There are over 500 Travelodge hotels in the United Kingdom. Travelodges in Great Britain, Ireland and Spain are a separate business to the Travelodge hotels that operate in Canada and the USA (which are run by Wyndham) and the Travelodge hotel chain in Australia and New Zealand (which is part of TFE Hotels). Although all Travelodge hotels worldwide serve the same ‘quality budget’ end of the market, if you’re used to Travelodge hotels in Australia, New Zealand or North America their hotels in the UK may be a little different to what you are used to.
