There are eight Elizabeth line trains per hour to London Liverpool Street station with two of these continuing on to Heathrow Airport plus two express trains per hour (with one stop at Stratford). The journey time to Liverpool Street is around half an hour.
Being located on a pedestrian mall this hotel is less prone to outside traffic noise than the other Travelodge in Romford.
