The Cabot Court Hotel is a centrally-located hotel by the seaside in Weston-super-Mare. It is a Grade II listed building that offers a good value accommodation option with a sea view. It is part of the Wetherspoon’s pub chain.
The 21 hotel rooms all have comfortable beds, a flatscreen television, tea and coffee making facilities and en suite bathrooms.
Pubs with on-site accommodation can be a bit hit and miss although the accommodation at Wetherspoon’s pubs has a certain degree of consistency that you get when the pub is run by a large business. The in-room decor is a bit too pub-like for some people who may find it a little dated, although it is cleaner and better maintained than most other hotels with a similar style of decor.
There is a popular pub downstairs, which is a good value place to eat and drink and it has outdoor seating with a view of the beach. Like other Wetherspoon’s pubs, it represents very good value for money but both the food and the atmosphere could be improved upon.

The hotel has a brilliant location facing the seaside at the northwestern corner of the town centre. It is right across the road from the beach and from here you can walk to most points of interest in the town centre in no more than 10 minutes. From the hotel, it is a two-minute walk to the Winter Gardens, a five-minute walk to the Grand Pier, an eight-minute walk to the Weston Museum and a nine-minute walk to the Lambretta Museum. The railway station is a 16-minute walk from the hotel.
