The hotel is located in a residential area of West London. It is right across the road from Ealing Common and only a three-minute walk to Ealing Common tube station, which has frequent trains into Central London. There is a small strip of local shops near the tube station and a much busier shopping area near Ealing Broadway, which is a 10-minute walk in the other direction. The closest pub, the Sir Michael Balcon, is an eight-minute walk in the direction of Ealing Broadway.

Ealing Common tube station (in zone three) is served by both the District and Piccadilly lines with trains departing every 3–4 minutes. From here it takes 27 minutes to get to Piccadilly Circus and 31 minutes to Westminster.

Car parking is available but it costs £14.50 per day.
