Frome railway station is on the Heart of Wessex Line, which connects Bristol with Weymouth and it has direct rail services to Bristol, Bath, Bradford-on-Avon, Dorchester, London Paddington, Reading, Weymouth and Yeoville.

The station is a Grade II listed building and is one of Britain’s oldest through train shed railway stations still in operation. Station facilities include toilets, a ticket office and ticket machines but it is a small station so you won’t find anywhere in the station where you can eat or drink. Step-free access is available to both platforms.
The station is around a 12-minute walk east of the town centre.
