Bad service
Bus 555 from Keswick 14 June 21.@ 16:30pm. I an a visitor not knowing area, asked bus driver" how many stops to Castlerigg Hall camping site?" driver stated she didn't know depends on how many people get on and off. When we got to the stop we thought it might be my husband asked her if this was the right stop she replied she didn't know! We had no option but to get off the bus, we found this was not our stop and had to walk a further quarter of a mile up hill, this means that A. this companies drivers do not know their job B. she knew but thought it was funny to let people off at the wrong stop. Where I come from in County Durham, bus drivers are very friendly and helpful if the passenger doesn't now which stop to get off at the driver would give them a shout to let them know.
