The hotel has a bar, restaurant and lounge with lovely sea views and reports from other guests say that the food here is pretty good. There is free Wi-Fi wireless internet access in these public spaces.
This hotel is popular with coach tours and it may not be your thing if you’re travelling independently. Like some other hotels catering to coach tours, entertainment is provided and this is either a plus or a negative depending on what you want out of your stay.
The Bay Majestic Hotel is on Royal Parade facing the seafront with the beach right across the road. It is located around midway between Eastbourne Pier and the Eastbourne Redoubt Fortress (around a six- to seven-minute walk to either) and it is around a six-minute walk to the town centre, 14 minutes to the Lifeboat Museum, 17 minutes to the Towner Art Gallery and the railway station is a 17-minute walk from the hotel.
