The Old White Lion Hotel is a traditional 18th-century coaching inn in the heart of Haworth’s village centre.
The hotel, which is rumoured to be haunted, is primarily a pub and restaurant with accommodation upstairs and with 14 guest rooms, it is probably the biggest accommodation option in town.
All rooms feature comfortable beds, a work desk, a flatscreen television, tea and coffee making facilities and en suite bathroom facilities. The rooms have a traditional-style decor that some people may call dated, although it does lend a touch of charm to the old hotel.
The on-site restaurant serves traditional pub-style fare and your room rate includes a full-English breakfast. The hotel also has a shared lounge area for guests to relax in.
Free Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.
The Old White Lion has a great location right in the heart of the village centre. The Brontë Parsonage Museum is only a two-minute walk away from here and most other points of interest in Haworth are not much more than a five-minute walk away. The railway station is a little bit farther at an eight-minute walk (or a 12-minute walk if you’re coming uphill from the station).Buses stop a two-minute walk away on North Street and free parking is available if you’re driving.
