Rooms at the Manchester Salford Quays Premier Inn feature a king-size Hypnos bed and a comfortable chair (twin rooms have a double bed and a chaise longue/sofa bed), a writing desk, flat screen television, tea and coffee making facilities and an en suite bathroom. Rooms at this hotel are air-conditioned and all rooms have free Wi-Fi wireless internet access (up to 1GB per day).

The hotel also features a Beefeater restaurant which has a meat-centred menu with a heavy focus on beef. The hotel restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner with a choice of either a continental or a full-English breakfast and a dinner menu that is focused on burgers, steak and grilled meat. It is good hearty food served in a pleasant, yet unpretentious, setting.

Like other hotels in the Premier Inn chain, this hotel is clean and well maintained offering a great value accommodation option but it is somewhat lacking in character.

This hotel has a lovely quayside location overlooking Ontario Basin in the Salford Quays. Despite the suburban location, there are several points of interest within a 10-minute walk including IWM North, The Lowry and the Lowry Outlet Centre. The Anchorage and Salford Quays Metrolink tram stops are a five-minute walk from the hotel.

Premier Inn is the largest hotel chain in the United Kingdom and usually scores very high on customer surveys when compared to other UK hotel chains. It operates at the budget end of the market and provides a reasonably high standard of accommodation for the price, and is comparable to ibis and Travelodge hotels.
