Completed in 2023, the 51-storey, 204m (669 ft) tall office building, also known as the Jenga, features a free observation deck on the 50th floor. The observation deck, called the Lookout at 8 Bishopsgate, offers panoramic views of London.

After presenting your pre-booked ticket and passing through a security check, you board the lift up to the free observation deck on the 50th floor.
The viewing platform has floor-to-ceiling windows, where you can enjoy a 360-degree panorama with views of London landmarks including The Shard, St Pauls Cathedral, the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.
Visiting the Lookout at 8 Bishopsgate
The Lookout at 8 Bishopsgate is in the City of London, around midway between Liverpool Street railway station and the Monument. It is only a five-minute walk from the Bank of England and only 8–9 minutes from the Monument and Liverpool Street station.
Other points of interest nearby include the Horizon 22 observation deck, which is next door, and Leadenhall Market, the Garden at 120 and the Sky Garden, which are all around a five-minute walk away.
Even though it is free to visit, you need to book your tickets in advance and it can sometimes be a long wait for tickets if you want to go up at on a weekend, although it is quieter if you visit on a weekday. Tickets are released fortnightly on a Monday and this is the best time to book your ticket ensure that you’re able to visit on your preferred day.
Your ticket is for a timed visit and you’ll need to arrive early enough to pass through security screening and you may need to wait a while for the lift up and down, as it’s not a particularly large one.

The only visitor facilities are toilets. There isn’t any bar or cafe and, other than bottled water, you’re not allowed to bring your own food and drink.
Allow 30–45 minutes for your visit. Your ticket is valid for 45 minutes so you’re not supposed to stay longer than this.
