Best Western Plus Vauxhall Hotel

It is a small hotel with 28 guest rooms, which all have comfortable beds, a work desk, a flatscreen television, tea and coffee making facilities and en suite bathrooms.

There is a small bar at the hotel and a room where you can have breakfast but other than this there are not a lot of other public facilities in the hotel, which is understandable considering the hotel’s size.

Free Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.

The hotel is well maintained and it offers more character than staying in a larger hotel on a busy road.

The hotel is located on a residential street that is tucked behind busy South Lambeth Road, and the immediate neighbourhood has plenty of places to eat and drink including several Portuguese restaurants. There is not much else of interest in the immediate area around the hotel; however, you can walk to the Beefeater Gin Distillery, the Oval cricket ground and Tate Britain in around 20 minutes.

Vauxhall and Stockwell tube stations are both a 10-minute walk from the hotel and bus routes 2 and 88 stop near the hotel on South Lambeth Road. Both bus routes take you into central London with buses running every 6–10 minutes on each route.
