The hotel’s 208 guest bedrooms feel spacious and uncluttered. All rooms feature a comfortable bed, a television, a mini bar (with free non-alcoholic drinks), ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities and an open-plan en-suite bathroom with rainfall showers. Rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows that let in lots of light and provide lovely city views from the higher floors. Guest rooms at INNSIDE are larger than average with standard guest rooms measuring 24.5m² (264 sq ft) and the larger premium rooms measuring 33.5m² (361 sq ft).

Street on First is the hotel’s bar and restaurant, a sleek modern space with tall ceilings and an eclectic international menu that covers everything from Indian and Malaysian curries to traditional English and tapas. The breakfast buffet is particularly good and sometimes they even have DJs spinning tunes at breakfast time.

The hotel also has a fitness centre, a steam room, sauna and spa.

All areas of the hotel have free Wi-Fi wireless internet access.

INNSIDE hotels are aimed at both business travellers from creative industries and also leisure travellers and they have quite a different feel, sleek and stylish, but also a bit quirky, to more conventional business hotels.

The hotel is on pedestrianised First Street near Deansgate in the southern edge of the city centre and there are a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Spinningfields, Manchester Art Gallery and Manchester Town Hall are a 10-minute walk from the hotel and the Arndale Centre, the Central Retail District and Manchester Piccadilly railway station are a 15-minute walk away. The closest railway station is Manchester Deansgate, which is just a three-minute walk.
